Our training program starts with a pre-workout questionnaire which consists of health, lifestyle, and present fitness level inquiries. The questionnaire is followed by a thorough fitness assessment that consists of blood pressure, resting heart rate, muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, balance and coordination, body composition, flexibility, and muscle imbalances.
This process provides us vital information for a total understanding of your body so we can custom design a safe, effective workout program, tailor-made for each client. Throughout the duration of each exercise program, we will track progress and periodically perform fitness assessments to ensure that each client reaches their goals in an efficient and safe manner without stagnation or boredom.
